Vincent
de Paul is a Freelance Writer, Blogger, Author & Poet. He has showcased his

Vincent
began writing while in high school with an article ‘Stop Child Labour School is
The Best Place to Work’ in 2004 for national competitions organized by the
Centre for Law and Research International (CLARION) and Legal Research
Foundation (LRF). His
first book, First Words, first self-published online in 2011 by
Lulu, won the Nairobi International Book Fair (NIBF) Literary Awards organized
by the National Book Development Council of Kenya (NBDCK) in 2010.
His
short stories have been short listed (for different competitions) on Storymoja Africa blog and
long listed for the 2013 Chika Unigwe Best Short Competition in Nigeria.
In
2013, Vincent de Paul’s, and ninety-three other poets, poetry was published in
an anthology of new age African poets, Black Communion
(Poems of the New Age African Poets) published by artbeat Afrika, a society
of contemporary African writers and poets, with members across Africa and
friends around the world. Artbeat
Afrika aims to showcase the new African writer and poet, his talent
and work to the world.
